HR Manager for Haier

The below position is urgently needed in a multinational company
Plant HR Manager

6-8 years of experience in same position
Experience in industrial locations is a must
Blue collar recruitment experience is a must
Excellent English.

Main Scope:

Partnering with the business functions to provide comprehensive HR support for establishing factory from start phase while aligning with the organization’s vision and its current and long-term business objectives including resource optimization, employee relations, maintaining work environment that allows growth and enhances productivity, as well as setting policies & procedures across HR operating units.

Work location : Fifth Settlement/Tenth of Ramadan
