Senior UX Researcher                                                   

About the job

Orion (TMG Subsidiary) is hiring an expert Senior UX Researcher who will implement various UX designs into our programs and software applications based on the need of users to ensure customers have an enjoyable experience using our products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies.
• Expert in user research, surveys, and 1:1 interview.
• Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes.
• Produce and track key performance indicators.
• Be involved in sketching and prototyping before passing the design on to the development team.
• Put users at the center of a design to make it simple and easy to use.
• Work closely within a multidisciplinary team, including product designers, product managers, and web and mobile developers.
• Designing digital/online experiences, user personas, IA, and workflows.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in UX.
• Experience in directing and mentoring designers.
• Graduate equivalent combination of education in a related field.
• Flexible and self-driven.
• Expert in user research, surveys, and moderating interviews.
• Fluency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong knowledge about Web, IOS, and Android Design Guidelines.
• Good experience with wire-framing tools (Figma, XD, Sketch, etc.).
• Great experience with analytics tools (ex: google analytics, crazy egg, etc.).
• Proven experience with the actual product and UX metrics.
• Strong UX portfolio stacked with case studies.
• Have strong communication and presentation skills.
