PROSERV is hiring for a client “Sales Manager”

Duties & Responsibilities:
· Leading sales team through coaching, development, and managing their performance towards achieving the company’s goals.
· Establishing a strong business relationship with key potential customers.
· Providing regular feedback to the managing director.
· Developing and managing effective sales strategies to maximize company sales and profitability.
· Having contacts related to clinics & hospitals.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in the field of pharmacy is a must.
· Flexible working Indoor & Outdoor.
· 8-12 years of experience in the medical supplies field is a Must.

Salary & Benefits:
· Salary 10,000 plus 15,000 commission.
· Mobile allowance.
· 9 Working hours.
· 2 Days off.

Location: Cairo – Nasr city.
