Job Requirements
BS degree in marketing or a related field
Experience in real estate is a must
A minimum of 8 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, marketing database, email, SMS, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities and data-driven thinking.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
