Human Resources Manager for Sasco group

Sasco group is hiring Human Resources Manager.

Qualifications:
· 12+ years of experience in the human resources area.
· Experience working as an HR Manager.
· Experience working in HR for manufacturing companies is recommended.
· Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring, and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills and ethical mindset: able to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
· Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
· Excellent active listening and presentation skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Familiarity with HR software and HR metrics.
