“Transformation and Program Manager” is required in an international FMCG Company
Located in Cairo

Education & Experiences
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science Engineering
· 7+ years of relevant experience in project delivery, IT roles or similar in the FMCG industry.
· Excellent command of English Language
· Excellent presentation and communication skills for different audiences including Executive
· Skilled in Agile WOW (Agile Coach level), Agile way of working, and tools (SCRUM, Design Thinking, etc.)
· Skilled in Cloud services, Smart Technologies, Azure Application Pipelines, API Management, Databases, ERP tool
· Proven experience in complex project/change management in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
· Experience in driving innovation in the organization
· Experience in shaping and leading on vision, strategy, and digital initiatives that set the key strategic technology direction for an organization or function
· Excellent knowledge of the modern technology trends, enterprise IT landscape/infrastructure
· Experience with end-to-end product delivery
· Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
· Excellent knowledge and experience in IT Service Management (ITIL)
· MSC in Management is a plus
· Project Management Certification (Optional)
