we are hiring office manager in El Nasr Trading located in Heliopolis
• Overseeing general office operation.
• Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls
• Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing calendars and schedules.
• Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
• Purchasing office supplies and equipment
• Producing reports and composing correspondence
• Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
• organizing meetings and managing databases
• booking transport and accommodation
• organizing events or conferences
• dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
• preparing letters, presentations and reports
job Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in same position is must.
* Excellent in MS office
* Very good in English.
* Excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills and Excellent analysis skill
