Planning Section Head at Giza seeds

We are looking for Planning Section Head to join our Operations Team!

Job Description:
– Supervise production & material planning team.
– Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
– Develop a demand plan based on business trends and demand patterns.
– Update forecasts for new products, seasonal products.
– Maintain demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy.
– Analyze and troubleshoot demand-related issues in a timely and accurate manner.
– Oversee daily activities of the team and provide guidance as needed.
– Work with management, inventory, supply chain and sales teams in planning operations.
– Schedule S&OP review meetings with management on regular basis.

Requirements:
– 5 – 7 years of relevant experience.
– Detailed oriented team player with good communication skills.
– Ability to operate in a cross-departmental multicultural environment.
– A self-motivated person who displays initiative and creativity in problem-solving.
– A positive attitude with a proactive approach.
– Strong change management capabilities using influencing and conflict resolution abilities.
