We are hiring IT first-line support:

Requirement:
– B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Sc. Electronics and Communication Engineering, or relevant.
– 1+ Years of experience in the same role.
– Oral and written fluency in English and Arabic.
– A+, CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, ITIL, Security+, Network+ is a plus
Technical_Skills:
– Microsoft-based operating systems, Microsoft Windows, Office.
– Microsoft Server, AD, NTP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
– Google Workspace, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.
– Networks, switching, routing, TCP/IP, OSI model.
– Wireless LAN Controller, access points.
– Computer architecture and troubleshooting skills.
– Scripting and programming, Python, Javascript.
