Job Responsibilities:

• Configuring ITSM platform layout, design, workflow, and dashboards.
• Participate in the development and implementation related to several IT Service Management processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Event, Knowledge, Request and Service Portfolio Management.
• Acting as an experienced consultant across all aspects of ITSM project including processes, organization, tools, data and governance.
• Designing and documenting processes, policies, standards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and controls.
• Defining governance structure, roles and responsibilities and required reports/dashboards to maintain quality assurance for implemented ITSM processes.
• Working closely with ITSM solution teams (e.g. Ivanti) to implement processes, controls, dashboard.
• Provide day-to-day monitoring of ITIL based IT business practices.

Job Requirements:

Successful candidates will possess the following skills/capabilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to design, author and implement services under the ITIL framework.
• Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Advanced knowledge of Configuration Management practice and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Practiced knowledge of IT Change Management process.
• Knowledge of Capacity Management process.
• ITIL Certification, ITIL v4 Expert is preferred.
• IT Process Models knowledge.
• Practical project management experience.
• Strong planning, coordination and organizational skills
