Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree from reputable University.
· Excellent Computer skills. (Microsoft Office).
· Excellent command of written and spoken English.
· Previous experience in FMCG industry is a must.
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Excellent problem-resolution skills.
· Previous experience in a customer support role.
