Service Desk Engineer for a Construction company

Vacancy for Service Desk Engineer is required for a Construction company
location : Madinaty- Cairo
Nationality : Egyptian only
• Requirements
• BSC of Information System ( Engineering – Computer Science ) at least 2 years experience
• Solid experience in office365, Microsoft Operating systems: Windows 10.
• Basic network troubleshooting skills.
• Good knowledge in MCSA, A+, CCNA
• Responsible for supporting users and supporting all departments, and responsible for maintaining Hardware and Software of IT tools for the entire company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Outstanding analytical and organizational ability
• Self-starter and a good team player with the ability to multi-task in a high-pressure, fast-paced, fast-growth environment
• Ability to travel
• IT assets management.
• Ability to work with Autodesk Family
