Human Resource Manager at Merge Career

We are hiring for a reputable group located in Cairo, Egypt
Human Resource Manager.

Qualifications & Education:
• B.sc/BA degree in human resources management or any equivalent discipline.
• MBA/ HR certificate is a plus.
• Minimum of 15+ years of solid experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same position.
• Must have experience handling more than 200 employees.
• A deep experience and knowledgeable on local labor laws.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
• Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
• As high-level computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• English Business Fluency.
