Business Development Specialist is needed for repeatable outsourcing and HR Consultancy company.

Job Role:
To be a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

A good fit caliber must have the following:
• Sales Skills.
• Good command of English language skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Past experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and outsourcing companies.
