Receptionist - front office
Job Description & Specification:
Role
- S/he Work as receptionist to greet clients and visitors and handle their initial requests .
- S/he Receive and handle calls and guide them to the responsible person.
- S/he Act as administrator for the SAP SRM system.
- S/he Act as a liaison between us and the medical service provider to handle approvals , claims and pending issue and also communicate with our Medical Broker.
- S/he Support the recruitment processes by schedule the interviews and participate in the initial recruitment steps.
- S/he Support any admin needs inside the office as per case.
- Other Duties As assigned
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative or front office ,receptionist, customer service function .
- Good English / speaking , reading and writing.
- High Communication skills and customer centric. - SRM SAP background will be big value add
- Fast learner
- Job Located in Obour City
