Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Mohandiseen , October, Giza

Job Description:
– Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
– Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
– Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase and lease agreements if needed.
– Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
– Determine its competitive market price.
– Follow up with all new clients and offer them what are they looking for.
– Coordination of work with brokers companies.
– Achieving the monthly and quarterly sales target.

Job Requirements:
– Real Estate experience is a must.
– Experience 3:5 years.
– Very good communication skills.
– Very good closing Skills.
– Excellent Presentations Skills.
– Owns a car is a must.
– Market Knowledge.
– Graduates only.
