Next Home is now hiring! " Mechanical Site Engineer"
Responsibilities:
Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
Supervision of implementation (HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing).
Follow up with the subcontractors.
Handing over the general contractor and then the owner’s consultant.
Prepare MIR & IR related to work done.
Making of a QS & AS-Built.
Requirments
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a MUST.
Great leadership and organizational skills.
Project management skills.
Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
Location : Hadpa Wasta - Mokktam
