Awareness with the below:
1-Windows images, and deployment
2-MS Infrastructure
3-Debug, monitor, and troubleshoot office packages and solutions 4-Familiarity with domain, outlook, printers issues
5-Microsoft & cisco Certificates (MCSA / MCITP / CCNA / A+) {preferred} or Self Study.
