senior network engineer at FlairsTech

Play Bigger FlairsTech we are looking for a talented senior network engineer with the below essentials:

▪︎ Senior person with 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
▪︎ Minimum CCNP level experience (CCIE desired).
▪︎ Hands-on experience working with routers (Cisco, Nokia, Juniper).
▪︎ Familiar with VNFs and PON (at minimum, knows what a VNF is and ONU).
▪︎ Capable of logging in to a lab unsupervised.
▪︎ Experience with Agile software development methods and Atlassian tools (like Jira and Confluence).
▪︎ Can read a functional spec, and be able to interpret it for junior staff
▪︎ Can create a base configuration and design a hands-on lab exercise.
▪︎ Ciena experience preferred.
▪︎ Trainer experience preferred.
▪︎ Minimum CCNA level or equivalent.
▪︎ Experience configuring services on routers and MPLS.
▪︎ Experience with topology diagrams.
▪︎ Team-oriented, collaborative and has strong leadership skills.
▪︎ Active learner and eager to learn and assimilate new technologies.
▪︎ Eager to learn about protocols and detail-oriented person.
▪︎ Excellent communication and English speaking skills.
