Senior Income Auditor for Nile City towers

Senior Income Auditor “is urgently required at real estate company located at Nile City towers.
Responsibilities:
●Check all revenues Inc outlets , shops revenues and other revenues.
● Spot-check Function Diary and the settlement of function bills.
Update cashier debit account and deduction and forward to Paymaster for a deduction on the payroll.
● Perform the operational functions related to cash area including cash & non-cash transactions.
● Supports financial planning by forecasting cash.
● Calculation of taxes in accordance with the income tax.
● Calculation of taxes in accordance with the sales tax.
● Evaluating financial procedures and preparing profit-and-loss reports.
● Preparing and reconciling balance sheet daily and reporting discrepancies to the management.
● Ensuring all the transactions are accounted for and investigating any discrepancies.
● Maintain a file of all accounting audit reports monthly for internal and external.
Main Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Commerce
-Minimum 5 years working experience in Hospitality Industry or
similar background.
-Effective in various methods of communication (phone, email, online chat, etc).
