We are Currently Hiring:-
OSS Admin support
• Routine OSS Platform Monitoring and Health Check
• Support Configuration management on OSS Platform
• Coordination with customer and MS internal departments
• Responsible for OSS Platform stability
• Handle the issue of OSS Platform
Back Office – Management
• Corrective and Preventive maintenance of Core, Radio, Transmission, .etc within defined SLA’s
• Fault management in terms of coordination among other Back Office teams (Core, Radio, transmission, IP)
• Configuration management for Core, Radio, Transmission, IP network elements and services
• Overall Performance monitoring of Core, Radio, Transmission, IP equipment and its links to ensure availability of the network.
• Audit of existing network and suggestion of improvement plans.
• Planning support by providing network topology and information
• Coordination with customer and MS internal departments.
• Responsible for managing the Back Office resources to get the effective utilization of resources.
• Performance evaluation of Back Office resource.
• Key responsible for the 2nd level support.
• Team leads in Back Office are reporting to him.
