Partner & More for Recruitment is hiring a Customer Service agent for a Specialized Art Foundation located in New Cairo. We are looking for a Female candidate preferable to be living near by. The job main responsibilities are :
– Answer the inquiries of the Foundation’s partners and customers through the phone, emails and social media pages.
– Create plans to market the Foundation’s services through social media, SMS shots and What’s app broadcasts.
– Follow SOPs and manuals to reach goals.
