Location: New Cairo
About the job:
– Manage & review monthly payroll process.
– Prepare and update the annual payroll budget.
– Support, update and participate in the preparation company salary scale.
– Review and issue all documents related to employees’ salaries.
– Maintain employees’ services and benefits.
– Develop company benefits’ and compensation plans.
– Prepare annual increase based on the PMS system.
– Ensuring accuracy of employee’s data on HR system for new hires and resignations.
– Manage all HR system activities and responsibilities for employee inquiries.
– Designing reports and recommendations based on research and analysis.
– Rewarding employees according to the reward program.
– Collaborating with outside vendors, such as investment brokers and benefits vendors.
– Administer the organization’s benefits programs (e.g., retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, etc.).
– Manage and review Medical and insurance processes.
– Issue HR letters, medical, check-ups, release letters, offer letters, and experience letters.
– Prepare and update policies and procedures.
