Systems Limited is looking for an “HR Operations Lead” in its Lahore office with the below requirements:
• Bachelors or Masters in HR, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in managing and leading the HR Operations, including employee benefits administration, employee onboarding/offboarding, payroll administration, employee separations, and HR Analytics.
• Hands-on experience in implementing and using HR Modules of any ERP, preferably developed on Dynamics 365.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience with EOBI and social security matters management.
• Well experienced in coordinating with insurance companies for related health/life insurance matters.
• Experienced in managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Must be well versed in designing and implementing the company’s HR policies.
• Can prepare and present the HR reports to management on a regular basis.
• Able to set objectives and goals for the team and track progress.
• Must have excellent analytical skills, be well versed in the digitization of processes, and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Highly responsive, the analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
