Keys_Recruiters is hiring HR & Admin Assistant.

**Requirements:-

• BSC degree in any related discipline
• 2+ years of recruiting or operations experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority tasks at once
• Ability to build infrastructure from the ground up
• Languages: Arabic and English are a must (Fluent in writing and speaking)
• Hard worker / ability to work under pressure
• Communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Select the CVs as per company required qualification.
• Conduct first interview to prepare for 2nd interview.
• Follow up and handle the recruiting/ hiring cycle with Head department.
• Follow up job offer process .
• Create monthly Attendance report for each employee.
• Calculate the late deduction time as per Egyptian labor law.
