· Educational Required: B.Sc. In Architecture or civil. 
· Experience: from 03 to 10 Years Preferred specialist in finishing residential villas & preferred to own a car
. Requirements :-
Good technical background.
Good office and AutoCAD skills are essential.
Studying project tender documents, specifications, drawings, and BOQs.
Preparing technical & commercial offers according to company standards.
Identifies & pricing equipment, material & labor costs need for the project.
Contacting & following up with suppliers to ensure offers are received on time.
Evaluating supplier's offers and checking compliance with tender requirements & best prices.
Preparing complete technical submittal for the project.
