Business development manager is needed for a training and construction company (12000 to 15000 EGP)

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven general manager to direct and manage our organization’s business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

Responsibilities:
1- Overseeing daily business operations
Developing and implementing growth strategies
2- Training low-level managers and staff
Creating and managing budgets
3- Improving revenue
Hiring employees
Evaluating performance and productivity
4- Analyzing accounting and financial data
5- Researching and identifying growth opportunities
6- Generating reports and giving presentations

Requirements:
*2 years of small team management experience
*3 years of hands-on civic development work
*Degree in business management or a master degree in business administration
*diploma in any relevant field to social sciences, gender or development
*Good knowledge of different business functions
*Strong leadership qualities
*Excellent communication skills
