Job Description

To Manage the Group IT Operations, which covers TMG Holding BUs’ IT Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Security, Systems, Services, and Support in order to ensure the highest group business continuity, stability, and security.
To Manage TMG Holding BUs IT operations’ projects (in Systems, Services, Networks, Security, and Support disciplines).
Ensure group strategic IT service operations’ objectives are aligned with group business priorities and strategies.
Provide practical technology vision and leadership for developing, implementing, and supporting group IT services global holding operations.
Manage the coordination of group IT service operations’ staff training; ensuring balanced opportunities are provided and performance is monitored and enhanced.
Manage all existing group BUs information technology and telephony hardware, software, and services to support group staff and end-users to ensure rapid resolution of group IT issues.
Manage, supervise and challenge the development and implementation of group operations’ objectives, policies, and priorities for assigned projects, services, and functional areas within the group.
Manage to mitigate group new security risks to take proper action and ensure that the group network is immune against new threats and vulnerabilities.
Prepare and provide group audits with the necessary information regarding the group IT service operations’ infrastructure to match the IT standard security levels.
Manage all group information technology assets, including software, hardware, peripherals, telephony equipment, etc…to supervise track, and protect group IT service assets in case of new hires or employees’ status change.
Manage the group IT service procurement of new IT service assets, solutions, and services to align group BUs IT systems with group business objectives.
Manage all group IT service infrastructure assets (Servers, Network Equipment, Security devices, Storage, Backup HW, … etc) to ensure smooth upgrades and migrations against its technology status.
Manage the development of group IT service operations’ OPEX and CAPEX budgets, review and approve group operation’s department expenditures to ensure compliance with the Group IT service operations’ annual budget.
Led innovation, development, integration, and ongoing improvement of TMG group's global IT operations. This includes the IT platforms on which the group operates extranet, intranets, telephony, websites, systems, hardware, VIOP, applications, and telecommunications.
Ensures full compliance with TMG IT Group standards including IT policies, procedures.
As a member of the IT service team, he is responsible to collect the IT monthly KPIs, Actual versus budget, IT assets related activities, and requirements.
As BU/PL IT, he is responsible to ensure reliability, stability, and high availability of BU/PL IT services and infrastructure equipment based on a (24x7x365) basis.
He is responsible to monitor and ensure BU/PL customers' IT services’ satisfaction.
Manage the hiring of group IT service operations professionals needed for group IT to ensure they have the best capable IT operational skills that satisfy the needed group scope.
Develop, monitor, and improve IT service operations monthly KPIs to hit higher performance and stability levels.

Job Requirements

Bachelor or master’s degree in communication engineering or computer science + Professional IT Certification. A Master’s degree in business is highly recommended.
15 - 18 years of professional experience in Telecommunications and IT infrastructures including +5 years in managerial level, recommended being in medium to large IT environments and corporations.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Servers, Networking, Telecommunications, security, HW/SW and technology, and Business Solutions. Requires strong business and management skills.
Excellent command of English and Arabic Languages is a must.
