Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

Manage the cycle of GUC-CCE Registration & administration
Internal communication with different GUC stakeholder
Establish archiving system, data base for GUC-CCE
Responsible for follow up on communication with different stakeholders
Follow up on evening classes
Run monitor and evaluation tools for the classes
Manage telephone inquiries by different stakeholders
Assist in operational daily work, marketing work, and sales activities of the Center

Qualifications:

2-3 min years’ experience
Fluent English
Professional user of basic Microsoft business package
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
German Language is a plus
