Role Purpose:

The role of the HCDX Operations Lead will oversee all aspects of the HC Digital Strategy Implementation and responsible for delivering and supporting most of HC systems in support of business objectives including digital experience and HC transformation.  The HCDX Operations Lead will maintain a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate. To lead technical support teams to deliver superior results, while monitoring and identifying any issues to be able to mitigate risk

Personal Characteristics and Required Background:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic preferred.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certifications.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship building, influencing, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong techno-functional acumen
• Excellent data modeling skills that enable advanced analytics.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, and demonstrate composure in times of uncertainty and stress, inspiring the same in his juniors.
• A commitment to inclusion and diversity, and openness to new ideas and perspectives
• Strong technical and HC operational knowledge to translate the business needs into end to end solution
• Strong Project Management skills

Minimum experience

• 7+ years progressive HC digital experience and at least eight years of demonstrated success leading and developing a team.
• Experience in Shared Services and HC systems’ implementations
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, change-friendly, and dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications/education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, computer science or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for this position
