Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Provide word – processing and secretarial support
- Using a range of office software ,including email ,spreadsheets and databases
- Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationary and equipment
- Maintaining the condition of the office and arranges for necessary repairs
- Organizing and chairing meetings with staff – this may include typing the agenda and taking minutes
- Compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Dealing with correspondence ( open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence ,including faxes and emails)
- Process payment of invoices
- Provide follow up to assignments given to management staff by Manager
- Process payment of invoices
- Prepare time sheets
- Following staff annual/ sick leaves
- Managing filing systems
- Perform other related duties as required
