Job Purpose

• Check the compatibility of the management systems of the Group with the applicable issue of administrative systems and check the compatibility with the existing regulatory and legal requirements.
• Contribute to improving the management systems of the group and ensuring the adequacy and efficiency of the documented group management system so as to ensure that the structure of the system is updated, the effectiveness of the application in Al- Araby Group is confirmed and maintaining the continuity of quality certificates to continue exporting all the products of Al-Araby companies.

Job Responsibilities

• Comply with the balance sheet defined within the framework of their work, to avoid any deviation that may lead to cost increase.
• Comply with (Procedures - Working Instructions - Operating Instructions - Regulations - Records) of the process and participate in updating the standards and mechanisms of the process to ensure that quality requirements and customer satisfaction are met.
• Prepare data, information and contact lists for implementing (General programme of Annual Audits (both internal and external) to fulfil the requirements of the General Programme and the General Audit Plan).
• Participate in developing the detailed plan of internal audits of different entities of the Group and preserve and document the results to ensure that the quality requirements and audit plan goals are met.
• Carry out internal audit tasks and activities, verify the conformity  of different entities  in the Group with the applicable audit standards, record the audit results and cases of non-conformity to check the conformity of the different entities  with the Group's specifications, procedures and technical instructions.
• Record the results of the external audit activities of the different entities in the Group and participate in the coordination with the internal stakeholders of the external audit activities of the different entities in the Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field "science is preferred" .

• 1-2 years of experience in audit and quality assurance.

• ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor course certification is preferred.

• Very good English language skills.

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Windows applications.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.

• Highly organized, analytical, and has an eye for details.
