Flairstech is hiring Senior Technical Support Engineers.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Operating system exposure (Windows), including familiarity with enterprise software environments and client-server architecture.
• MS SQL Database experience
• Some experience establishing and maintaining client – server environments, including troubleshooting configuration issues
• Customer service soft skills such as customer empathy, diplomacy, and problem ownership
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a variety of audiences with different levels of technical expertise
Education and/or Experience
• 3+ years of experience in a progressively more responsible technical role
• BS in Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent education plus relevant work experience.
Language Skills
• Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
Essential Technical Skills
• Good knowledge of Networks
• Good knowledge of Linux
• Good knowledge of API’s (XML &JSON)
• MS SQL Database experience
• Familiarity with enterprise software environments and client-server architecture.
