PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST (IRC220059)

As a member of Procurement team at Ieoc Production BV you will be responsible for:

Receiving internal Requisition.
Ensuring under the supervision of the management, that the requesting unit provides an adequate technical evaluation of the proposals, if and when applicable
Carrying out due diligence on Suppliers
Issuing to the bidder(s) the Tender documentation
Acting as focal point for the receipt and management of their queries
Receiving the Bidders proposals
Organizing the opening committees for technical and commercial bid openings
Preparing the economic evaluation of the bid for the approval
Negotiate under supervision of management (with the selected Supplier) prices, terms and conditions
Preparing the contract documentation and award recommendation for the approval
Ensuring correct distribution of contracts to supplier and internal functions;
Ensuring proper archiving and storage of all tender and contractual documentation
Taking part to project activities of the department with specific goals
Reporting
Supporting the Contract Managers during Contract execution;
Preparing the Contract revisions when applicable

B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree.
Previous experience, preferably in the oil & gas industry
Fluent in English
