We’re searching for a talented Front Desk Administrator to join our expanding Geely Auto team. She will be responsible for welcoming clients, directing visitors to the right team, and contributing in achieving customer satisfaction. S/he will manage appointments optimally for each sales person, will receive diverted calls from sales team in case their unavailability. Will Follow up and contact CRM/C4C reservation tickets, as well as Follow up on No Show clients and report their status to the sales team. Will contribute in maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. Will manager front office supplies’ orders and keep inventory of stock available.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0-3 years of experience in a customer-focused role
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Excellent English communication
