Sukari Gold Mine (SGM) is seeking for: HSE Training officer

As part of the Health, Safety & Environmental Department at SGM:

the primary role of this position is to ensure that all of the site’s HSE training requirements are compliant.

Job Responsibilities:

-Make sure all training courses supporting and covering all risks and job descriptions on site
- Identify all laws and regulations applicable to employee safety, Safety Committees, safety meetings, reporting and ensure systems are in place to address these requirements
- Develop training program theoretical and practical using the available department tools
- Attending Safety meeting in daily basis to be aware of incidents, Hazards, Activities that happened , to add the cause and action in training material when require
- Ensure training requirements are identified in specific department Training needs and analysis
-Attend training in all potential emergency situations that may occur
- Supporting Response to all emergency calls and exercises on site
-Follow up Prepare training files, safety files, and instructional course manuals and competency records up to date
-Ensure applicable training records maintained

Qualifications

-From 3 to 5 years of professional experience in similar position
-NEBOSH certificate is must
-An excellent knowledge of Egyptian HSE legislation
-Good command of English
-Microsoft office proficiency
-Ability to write and present reports
-Strong interpersonal skills
