Due to our expansion ,El Shennawy group is looking to hire
IT Help Desk
– Experience At least 2-3 years
Requirement :-
– Setup / Upgrade desktop and laptop computers
– Troubleshoot PC Hardware and Software
– Troubleshoot Printers issues.
– Configures operating systems and using remote desktop applications to provide Immediate support
– Troubleshoot Network connectivity issues between Users and Network devices
– Good Knowledge of Microsoft windows server
– Good knowledge of surveillance systems and attendance machine
– Job Location :- HO ,Fifth Settlement
