Senior Civil Engineer “is urgently required at real estate company located at Nile City towers..

• Managing the planning and design stages of civil engineering projects.
• Surveying new construction sites and assessing existing structures for upgrades.
• Performing cost estimations and preparing project budgets.
• Ensuring that civil engineering projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Documenting processes and presenting project progress updates to senior managers and clients.
Main Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• A minimum of 5years’ experience working as a senior civil engineer on similar projects
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering and construction specifications, standards, and codes.
• Availability to perform construction site visits outside of business hours, when relevant.
• Previous experience in hotels construction & commercial building is preferred.
