Network Admin & System Admin are needed for an immediate hiring vacancy.

System Admin:

• Working with Windows/MAC Desktop environment
• Working with Windows Server
• Working with Active Directory Domain Controllers (User & Group Management)
• Managing DNS, DHCP, IIS, DFS, RAS, VPN
• Group Policy Administration
• Working with Server/Desktop Hardware/Software issues and providing Remote Support (Phone,
Email, and Chat)
• Working with server/Desktop security software and addressing vulnerabilities
• Working with VMWare ESX / vSphere & Microsoft HyperV
• working with SAN / NAS devices
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
• Working with Monitoring System
• Working with Antivirus Tools and Updates
• Working with Windows Desktop/Server Upgrade tasks.
• working with Network/Desktop Printers and Scanners
• Working with Internet Service providers during Internet outages
• Working with 3rd Party applications and coordinating with Vendors to address application issues.
• Participate in meetings and conference calls related to support. Proactively identify process
improvements and Handling customer escalations.
• Working with backup tools and Monitoring the backup jobs.
• Create and update documentation for IT administrators and personnel
• Handling Customer Escalations, helping the L1 team as needed, and mentoring L1 team
members.
• Handling the Customer onboard projects and Involve in new implementations and upgrades.
• Perform other tasks as assigned as part of the System Admin role

Network Admin:

• Working with Switches (Cisco, Dell, HP, Unify, Netgear, and others)
• Working with Wireless Access points (Cisco Meraki, Unify, and others)
• Working with VOIP Phone systems (3CX and FreePbx)
• Working with Network Monitoring systems
• Working with Network Security Tools
• Provide network documentation;
• Working with IPSEC and SDWan Technologies,
• Diagnose problems and solve issues, often under time constraints
• Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions;
• Monitor network usage, anticipate problems, and suggest solutions;
• Manage projects and maintenance tasks and work with the ticketing system
• Work closely with colleagues to meet team goals and improve processes and practices.
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
• Participate in meetings and conference calls related to support. Proactively identify process
