IT Help Desk Specialist
Knowledge and Experience:
– 0-2 years’ experience in IT helpdesk
– Good understanding for computer hardware
– Working knowledge of Windows 10 , Windows 11 , Windows Server 2012 and 2016 .
– MS Windows System Support experience
– A background in Networking and Cisco knowledge – LAN / WAN and Wireless.
– A detailed understanding of core internet technologies – Routing and Switching, DNS, DHCP, Mail Protocols, OSI Model.
– Excellent communication Skills
– High level of English ,verbal and written
– Strong analytical and problem solving skills
– Ability to learn quickly and to be familiarized with company specific applications
– Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously
– Ability to think quickly and calmly when working under pressure.
– Ability to properly document issues with effective descriptions, troubleshooting steps and final resolution
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering / Computer Engineering / Computer Science
• CCNA,MCSA is a plus.
• Have good communication skills.
• Very good command of English.
