El-Saba Automotive is hiring ” Customer service ”
Job duties:
· Follow up on all calls to evaluate the sales representative for different branches
· Track the online leads and coordinate with the telemarketing team on their follow-ups
· Call the customer to evaluate their purchasing experience and do SSI survey
· Manage all agents reports
· Responsible for data completion for customers in the CRM system
· Manage the free maintenance processes and approvals
Requirements and skills
· 1:2 years of experience
· Males only can apply
· Good command of Microsoft office
· Communication and negotiation skills
· Good command in the English language
· Presentation skills
