IT Technical Support Engineer at Decorative Glass Co.

Decorative Glass Co. is a leading company in the glass processing industry Est. 1963 and located in Obour city is hiring “IT Technical Support Engineer”

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a relevant field.
· Adaptation to working under pressure whilst maintaining high standards.
· Strong oral, written proficiency in the English language.
· Strong interpersonal communications skills.
· The ability to forge and maintain a range of relationships with a wide set of stakeholders.
· Preferable knowledge in the installation and troubleshooting of Windows Server.
· Must have a basic understanding of Active Directory, Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
· ITIL Certified is preferred
· Ability to trace a problem and find a solution
· CCNA is a Must.
· Microsoft MCSA IS a Must
· Good experience in network installation and configuration.
· Good experience in implementation, administration and troubleshooting.
· Experienced in Microsoft operating systems.
· 1 – 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
