Sasco group is looking for our next shining Social Media specialist to attract and interact with our targeted segmentation through a social media network
Position Description:
-Social media specialist and answering customer requests and following up with them (e-commerce platforms)
– Checking up with the problems sales team can have.
– Order fulfillment and Packaging.
– Following up with the shipping company.
– Handling customer complaints and exchanges
– Handling orders from different sales channels.
– Data entry of products on the website.
Job Requirements
– Good command of English.
– Good knowledge in Microsoft excel.
– From 2-5 years’ experience.
– Good team work and communication skills.
– Good social media background.
-Social media background is a MUST.
