GRC Senior Executive
Job Description
- Understand the business different objectives, operations & stakeholders and Identify the risk accompanied with each of them
- Assess & analyze risks versus controls
- Work closely with internal audit team
- Identify the red flags accompanied with each of the risk assessment and recommend the appropriate action
- Establish & update the company risk register periodically
- Review periodically the credit risk policy to ensure company assets are well secured
- Ensure accurate implementation of regulatory requirements and procedures
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures and systems for the general operation of the compliance program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct
- Ensure compliance with national and international standards
