Networking Skills Requirements :
§ CCNA
§ CCNA Security
§ CCNP Switching
§ Fortinet NSE
§ Good knowledge with Design and Implement Requirements for Network.
Hardware & Software Requirements :
§ installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
( hardware, software, systems, networks, printers)
§ monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
§ talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help setup systems or resolve issues, as well as responding to breakdowns, investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware and users faults
§ troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
§ maintaining records of software Licenses, as well as all maintenance documents & forms
§ managing stocks of equipment, consumables, and other supplies.
Other Requirements :
§ Research Skills
§ working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
§ rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals
§ Experience should not be less than two years
§ Ability to travel outside Cairo
§ Age should not be more than 27 years
§ Must be a resident of Cairo
