-1-2 years of Experience as an Outbound Call Center Agent
-Max Age: 27 yrs
-Gender: Females Only
-Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques.
-Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
-Patience and ability to manage stress
-Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills
-Problem-solving skills
-The maximum shift is at 8:00 PM

-Working Days: 5 Days (Rotation)
-Working Hours: 8 Hours(Rotation)
-Work Location: Maadi
