Call Center Training Team Leader

Job summary

As a training and development Team Leader , your job is to equip staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their work activities effectively.

take a strategic approach in training, assessing the skills and knowledge within an organization and determining what training is needed to grow and retain these skills. You'll either deliver the training yourself or arrange for a third-party trainer to do it across the contact center entity

 

Job Description

  • Developing call centers' education materials, such as digital presentations, how-to manuals, and instructional videos.
  • Preparing procedures and policies regarding sales techniques and appropriate agent conduct.
  • Scheduling and conducting training sessions on various call center topics to prepare and support new employees.
  • Training experienced employees on new or updated call center procedures to improve their performance.
  • Observing the daily operations of call center employees and identifying any areas of improvement.
  • Liaising with team leaders and managers to conduct on-the-job coaching.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of training sessions and preparing individual or team progress reports.
  • Creating and managing the training budget.
  • Ensuring employees keep up their productivity and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with an appropriate business science major is preferred.
  • Experience from 3 to 5 years in Customer service Training
  • Leadership Skills
  • Demonstrable experience as a training Team Leader.
  • Qualification in Instruction and/or learning design is advantageous.
