Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or another related field.
1-2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a track record of employee placement.
Pharmaceutical background is a MUST
Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
Experience with full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
