#Accountant_Receivable Specialist is needed at Andalusia Health Care Group

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree of Accounting or Finance.(Fresh graduate)

• Good command of Excel

• from 6 months experience in Accountant Receivables Accountant .

• #ALEXANDRIA resident is must.

• Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.
• Goal-oriented, organized team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

● Receives all patients’ invoices from the billing team.
● Posts all checks, correspondence and general ledger payments accurately and within designated time frame established by Management.
● Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger
● Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollected amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
● Supports periodic financial statement audits by compiling the required audit schedules and provides a reconciled statement of outstanding receivables that reconciles with the ledger balance.
● Assists with month-end financial statement closings by providing a verified listing the reconciled outstanding accounts.
