Job Description

A Bachelor’s degree Oracle HR Functional experience with 3+ ERP Human Capital management implementations,(Oracle HCM Cloud is a Plus). Experience in implementing some combination of Oracle HCM applications such as:( Core HR , Payroll , SSHR , IRecruitment , OLM , PM) Experience with the business processes in Oracle HCM modules, particularly good knowledge on Oracle performance Management module. Experience in gathering business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM application functionality. Excellent communication and presentation skills. English fluency (written and verbal) required
